to chiefs and congresses and courts… your poor job report…

you form a mockery of your duties as our leaders to serve us…
forgetting it’s our country and people you’re to care for first off!…
you’ve let direct representation turn into a shrewd scheme of cheat…
and treat one’s constitution indifferently as though it’s grown obsolete!…

you put on airs like false leaders unaware of what your deeds lack…
you’ve lost your sight for democracy and how its caretakers act…
you ignore seeking truth and let checks and balances waiver…
how dare you deceive us and arouse more misbehavior!…

you allow ulterior motives to be your coach and advisors…
leaving the wellbeing of our nation fall to selfish enterprisers…
then when confronted with the ruining that such deviation brings…
instead of rectifying wrongdoings you still hasten broader suffering!…

you give our country a bad name through your own gross mishandling…
it stands for your leadership overall now in realtime understanding…
you can’t repair unfair operations by applying more of the same…
from your feigned words and work to therein lies the blame!…

backed with facts… sincerely… we-the-people tearfully’…

the present day declaration of unfair dependence…

when in the course of corporate events…
it becomes necessary to dissolve a people’s government…
which had connected democracy between one another…
and to assume among the power of now greedy coveters…
a separate unevenhanded station to which…
common laws get rewritten to enable the rich…
as this lack of decent respect for mankind’s opinion…
requires that the upper crust must declare their dominion…
through some sort of cause which impels them ahead…
in killing self-evident truths that were once held instead…
and now all men are not created equal…
for they are not endowed by the creators of this sequel…
nor allowed those certain unalienable rights…
once known as life and liberty and pursuit of delight…
hence to unsecure citizens’ rightful freedom…
oppression gets instituted among multiple countrymen…
deriving its power by rigging feigned consent…
through handy illusive manipulation of the governed…
so whenever future reform might obstruct these fixed ends…
it is the right of slick tyranny to increase unjust amends…
and to institute further unfairness for people…
laying its foundation on more devious principles…
and organizing its powers in such a form…
as to them shall profit through their own wealthy lords…
prudence will show that long established corporate influence…
hates being diminished for the sake of decent congruence…
and accordingly their experience has shown…
mankind is more prone to suffer while greed holds the throne…
than for greed to unseat its own self without outside help…
since its own groups run abuses and usurpations themselves…
pursuing as they do the same objects of control…
evincing a design to reduce commoners through greed’s rule…
it’s the profiteers’ privilege and duty to see this completed…
to provide that people’s constitutional rights be also depleted…
such has been unjustly deeds from previous one-upmanships…
as much more now too with such similar leadership…
in proceeding to eliminate truth’s fair and square efforts…
the current overall history of present government ventures…
is a collection of repeated unconstitutional events…
all seeming to have in direct object a goal of establishment…
of an absolute tyranny that propaganda keeps hidden…
through uncandid staged facts they submit to us citizens!…

on legs of progression…
representing the truth…
with real expression…

knee-deep in life…
joining together…
virtue renewed…
arising hither…

stepping ahead…
in common bonds…
with unselfish footing…
people’s well-being lives on!…

The FBI have been part of a scheme,

whereby a few Occupy movement protestors were being set-up to carry out violence,

through an FBI informer and an FBI agent,

and then the protestors were arrested,

and the Occupy movement itself was made to look bad,

when it was really the FBI’s scheming set-up in the first place!

To Congress: Reimpose the Excess Profits Tax for Corporations/Corporate Greed to Pay.

To Congress:

Our United States’ Involvement in the Wars Abroad, and in the War Against Terror at Home, sees Corporate Greed Running Rampant; while Our Country and People Suffer the Effects.

This in Itself gives We-the-People and Our Nation the Justification for the Excess Profits Tax to be Reimposed.

Reinstate the Excess Profits Tax for Corporations/Corporate Greed to Pay.

(The Excess Profits Tax, is a Tax paid by Corporations on Excessive Profits above a Specified Allowable Amount.  It has been Enacted at Various Times throughout Our Nation’s History.)

(The Excess Profits Tax sees that Corporate Greed Pays Taxes on its Greediness.)

For the sake of We-the-People and Our Nation; Reimpose the Excess Profits Tax for Corporations/Corporate Greed to Pay.

Hence furthermore, Direct those Taxes to be used via Non-Profit/Low-Profit Ways and Means, to produce more Jobs and better Health Care for Americans, since Corporate Greed’s Excessive-Profits have already taken so much away from Our Country and People.

Our Constitutional rights belong to We-the-People of the United States.

A high regard for our Constitution and citizenry will not allow those rights to be infringed upon.

It takes a lesser regard for our Constitution and citizenry to infringe on those rights.

And that disregard for our Constitution and We-the-People is happening through Section 1021 of NDAA 2012, which was approved by those elected to represent us.

Our Constitution and citizenry deserve full regard, not disregard.

We need Section 1021 of NDAA 2012 to be repealed.

H.R. 3785 was introduced (by Rep. Ron Paul) to repeal Section 1021 of NDAA 2012.
